Just 50m from the ski lift in the heart of La Clusaz, this ski-in, ski-out apartment for eight is just a short walk from all the village's shops, bars and restaurants. Park your car up in the garage when you arrive and forget about it!
Le Petit Capricia is one of two apartments in a building, which are separated by the garage floor so there is very little noise transfer. It has great views of the pistes, the village and the ESF ski school – you can sit on the terrace and watch your children enjoy their ski lessons! It also overlooks Champ Giguet, which hosts village events throughout the year.
This well-appointed apartment also has a garage and a ski room.
Groups of up to 16 guests can book Le Petit Capricia with Le Grand Capricia – the apartment on upper floors – which also sleeps eight.
About the property...
Le Petit Capricia is a ground-floor apartment for eight guests (six adults), with three bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms.
An external staircase leads down to the entrance on the lower ground floor of the building. There's a storage area in the hall with a washing machine and a separate WC.
The open-plan living area is dominated by the wonderful view of the village and the Champ Giguet. Step out on to the terrace and enjoy a drink, a meal and some people-watching!
Inside, there are two comfortable sofas where you can gather to chat about your day or watch TV. This area is separated from the dining area by a wood-burning stove to keep you cosy on winter nights. The open-plan kitchen is compact, but has an oven, microwave oven, hob and dishwasher, as well as everything you need to cater for your group.
There are three bedrooms – a double room with an en-suite shower room; another double room that can be arranged with a kingsize or twin beds, and a final room with built-in bunk beds to sleep four. There's also a separate bathroom with a bath, WC and washbasin.
Guests staying at Le Petit Capricia have the use of a garage for one car, as well as another parking space in front of the garage.
About the area...
La Clusaz is an authentic mountain village which blends tradition with up-to-date facilities. Its traditional chalets and lively streets offer a vibrant setting with Savoyard charm. Nestled in the heart of the Aravis massif, it is only 30 min from Annecy and close to Le Grand-Bornand and Manigod. Its warm atmosphere and easy accessibility make it a popular destination year-round.
In winter, the resort provides easy access to the Aravis ski area, offering 210km of pistes that combine long descents and technical sectors across La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand, Manigod, and Saint-Jean-de-Sixt. The region also offers a variety of winter activities, including cross-country skiing, dog sledding, sledging, snow biking, ice diving and ice skating.
During the rest of the year, numerous hiking and biking trails lead to superb views over the Aravis, such as the Plateau des Glières. The village boasts a modern watersports centre providing activities for all ages and a wellbeing area. The nearby Lake Annecy is another great place for swimming, paddleboarding, and sailing. Other summer activities include via ferrata, climbing and paragliding, leaving you with a wealth of memories to take home.

One of the best places we have stayed! The chalet was so warm, cozy, and most importantly, it was immaculate too. It had fantastic views over the village center and was virtually next door to the Cret De Merle chair lift and just a short ski to Beauregard. It was really handy to be able to ski in and ski out of the accommodation, and pop down to the village to go to the supermarket, shops, bars, and restaurants. Communication with Celine was excellent too.

Le Petit Capricia is a ski-in, ski-out ground-floor apartment for eight guests (six adults), with three bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms. Situated right in the centre of La Clusaz, and with the ski lifts and ESF school on your doorstep, it's a great choice for a group who want to make the most of their time in the mountains.
There's a garage and a second parking space, but you really won't need to use your car during your stay, if you'd prefer not to.
Le Petit Capricia has an open-plan living area, with a cosy seating area and a TV in front of the doors to the terrace. A wood-burning stove separates this area from the dining table and the compact but fully-equipped kitchen.
The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy an early-morning coffee and watch the village wake up – there's always something going on to see!
The apartment has three bedrooms – two double rooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room and the other (which can be arranged with a kingsize or twin beds) has a desk. There's also a bunk room for four, which is perfect for children.
